RECRUITMENT POSITIONS 1 - CREATIVE DESIGNER

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, interior design, game design, fine arts, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years' experience in non-residential architecture or interior design. Proficiency in either discipline is sufficient; dual expertise is preferred.

3. Strong creative vision and three-dimensional design ability, with high standards for design quality.

4. Clear, logical thinking, with the ability to communicate design intent effectively through both verbal and visual presentations.

5. Strong teamwork and professional ethics, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to identifying and resolving issues.

6. Proficiency in Rhino, Enscape, AutoCAD/Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Figma, or equivalent tools.

7. Experience in parametric design and programming, AI-assisted design, and/or game design is a plus.

8. As most of our clients are international, preference will be given to candidates with overseas study or work experience and strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.

RECRUITMENT POSITIONS 2 - PROJECT ARCHITECT / INTERIOR PROJECT DESIGNER

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, interior design, fine arts or a related field.

2. Minimum 8 years of full-time design experience, including completed conceptual and schematic design for non-residential projects over 50,000 square meters. Experience at international or overseas design firms is preferred.

3. Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD/Revit, Tianzheng, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

4. Experience in parametric design and programming, AI-assisted design, and/or game design is a plus.

5. Strong knowledge of national building codes, permitting procedures, and construction documentation standards. Familiarity with materials, construction methods, and detailing; on-site coordination experience is preferred. Ability to independently complete detailed interior drawings; Preference given to candidates with on-site coordination experience;

6. Strong time management and organizational skills, with resilience under pressure. Ability to review high-precision construction drawings. Demonstrated team management and communication skills, with the ability to independently coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.

RECRUITMENT POSITIONS 3 - INTERNSHIP

1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, fine arts, game design, or a related field, or currently in the 4th year (or above) of such a program.

2. Proficiency in Rhino and Enscape, AutoCAD and/or Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Figma, or equivalent tools.

3. Experience in parametric design and programming, AI-assisted design, and/or game design is a plus.

4. Strong passion for design, with an international aesthetic sensibility and solid visual composition skills.

5. Minimum internship duration of three months.
