The project is divided into north and south sections. The south section features staggered towers to achieve optimal views and natural light, avoiding direct visual contact while creating a lively and rhythmic external space. The north section's towers are built along the river, enjoying panoramic river views through carefully designed visual corridors. The towers employ a compact form and a compact core to achieve efficient space utilization. Reasonable bay dimensions and floor height configurations can flexibly adapt to diverse needs such as LOFTs, small and medium-sized offices, and entire floors, adapting readily to market changes.

A windmill-shaped sunken courtyard system, centered around a central courtyard, visually and experientially "disappears" the basement, creating a "double ground floor" spatial experience. The underground commercial plaza, serving as a "shortcut" connecting the central courtyard to the city streets, seamlessly integrates with the tower via a branching pedestrian system. The continuous and layered commercial interface employs a leasing combination model where the first floor drives the second or underground floors, and a layout where anchor stores drive smaller shops, making it particularly suitable for catering and other businesses. A multi-level transportation system ensures accessibility throughout the park, supporting not only the vibrant atmosphere of the "leisure and lifestyle plaza" but also enabling the tower's ground floor and underground spaces to accommodate various business formats such as residences, shops, and offices, ensuring a high degree of interchangeability between industry, academia, research, sales, and residence.

The museum stands as a landmark at the intersection, facing the Tonghui River landscape greenbelt. Its extra-large cantilevered structure houses a conference center, with landscaped steps below providing ideal venues for various events. The landscape design draws inspiration from leaf veins, creating a breathing ecological network through the interweaving of rooftop greenery, ground-level landscaping, sunken courtyards, and vertical greening.

The building facade uses corrugated aluminum panels, showcasing the clean lines and order of an industrial style, while incorporating wood veneer at the street level to enhance its approachability. The undulating louvers echo the natural curves of tree leaves, presenting a futuristic aesthetic that avoids visual obstruction while softening the interior lighting.

This is not merely a group of buildings, but an organic, living entity. With "mutualism" as its core, we integrate cultural heritage, industrial innovation, urban renewal, natural ecology, and work-life balance to create a vibrant future.
