Against the backdrop of rapid urbanization in contemporary China, we are honored to present the country's first truly "intergenerational symbiosis" integrated community project. This is not merely a group of buildings, but a comprehensive ecosystem that organically integrates elderly care, healthcare, education, business offices, and commercial services, allowing people of different ages to find their own lifestyles here and achieve harmonious coexistence and emotional resonance between generations.

The project is planned around a central ecological green space, an emerald-like open space that supports time-sharing sharing. It serves as a natural venue for residents' daily leisure and social interaction, and for students' sports and fitness activities, as well as an ecological link connecting various functional areas. The international school to the west is nestled among the trees, the commercial center to the east exudes urban vitality, and the high-end senior living and medical community to the south quietly safeguards the health and well-being of the elderly. This layout ensures the independent operation of each functional area while promoting organic integration among them.
Located on the northeast side of the site, the commercial center leverages its prime location within the larger community to become a hub for diverse lifestyles. It brings together a variety of businesses, including garden restaurants, boutique supermarkets, fashion retail, family education facilities, cultural salons, sports and fitness centers, and entertainment experiences. The commercial center innovatively adopts a "double ground floor" design concept, with landscaped steps on the north side leading directly to the second floor and extending to the roof, running the entire west facade and creating a highly recognizable architectural highlight and a memorable landmark.
Ascending the grand staircase leads to the commercial rooftop platform, which in turn connects to another popular spot – Shunyi District's first rooftop running track. This vibrant rooftop platform not only boasts stunning city views but also features a variety of facilities, including a multi-functional outdoor theater, basketball court, badminton court, and children's climbing playground, making it a unique and popular destination for social media check-ins.
The building facade design adheres to the principles of richness, brightness, and elegance. Through cantilevered, deformed, and elevated treatments of the building mass, combined with diverse materials such as white perforated metal panels, blue metal panels, white screen-printed glass, and gray cement fiberboard, it creates a layered and vibrant commercial atmosphere. The contrasting colors and materials of the facade not only showcase a strong modern character but also create a unique visual memory.
This innovative all-age ecological project, with its forward-looking planning concept and human-centered spatial design, is destined to become a model for future community development. We look forward to this project writing a new chapter in modern urban life.
